limited edition of 1500 copies
Pierre Cheminade published this Tarot in 1742 at Serravalle-Sesia in Piedmont, in northern Italy. The deck packaging includes a traditional wrapping "envelope", which is a reproduction of one that the card maker used during his stay in Marseilles. The Dolphins used in the crest point to the local French roots of this fine card maker. Today, the only known copy of this Tarot is being kept at the British Museum in London. A rare find, perfect for the Tarot collector.
