The whole effect is very striking and evokes a nostalgic feeling transporting one to a bygone era. The artist Aunia Kahn created the images in this deck and she herself is the main the character in most of the cards. In fact (Aunia Kahn and er husband Russell J. Moon) are the only two people in the deck. The stylistic unity and the setting of the same individuals in each card creates a focus on the the idea of a seeker on journey.
